Wonderful suite with huge balcony (lovely view, including some sea and Vesuvius) and two ample bathrooms, one with plunge bath, one with large walk-in shower. Excellent breakfast and dining both in the restaurant and in the rooftop bar. Moderately busy area with nearby trains and buses with short walk to town centre with shopping and dining a-plenty, but Sorrento is not blessed with easily-accessible, good public beaches (but don't miss the cheap lift down to the harbours). The Grande Marina should not be missed.
The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the only problem we had were related to the power dropping out occasionaly.

What a beautiful property. We were welcomed by the incredible scent of jasmine throughout the hotel and found the source in the incredible garden. This hotel was perfect! Perfect location. Perfect staff. Perfect breakfast. Perfect scenery. We absolutely loved our time at Antiche Mura and will definitely return.

Our stay at Hotel Gran Aminta was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and went above and beyond every day. A special shoutout to the porter who helped with our bags—he was incredibly friendly and professional.
The food was absolutely delicious—we looked forward to every meal. The bar service was excellent, and the bartender made sure we always had what we needed. Reception was just as impressive—warm, welcoming, and always helpful.
The entire staff truly made our experience unforgettable. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10 from us. We would absolutely return and recommend it.
