When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. "The property is emaculate a true dream and beautifully kept. The history of the house is clear and Simonetta gives you a history and full tour of the property upon arrival. If you've seen the pictures they don't do justice to the property. Only negative is that we wish we could have stayed longer."

We explored the region during our stay and were very happy with the location. The views from the property are spectacular and the veranda and outdoor space were the perfect place to relax. "Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."

Wonderful and peaceful

"This property is nestled amongst miles and miles of beautiful vineyards and wineries (exceptional meals only a walk or short drive away). Our room was big, clean, comfortable, nice bathroom with soaker tub and a balcony for a morning coffee or sunset wine. The women who run this establishment are lovely and exceptional. They helped us plan our day trips by car to little towns, other cities, and even helped us with phone calls and finding information when a national train strike was called and we needed to change our travel plans. They have local bottles of wine for purchase to drink on the property and a delicious daily breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Easy parking on premises. We would definitely stay again. Thank you "
