Be thrilled with this newly converted heritage two level loft!
Located in the historic, designer, and theatre district of Victoria. This loft is in a private, locked, and quiet brick courtyard with your own patio. As well, there is international dining, amazing coffee shops, and live music all within walking distance, including our famous Inner Harbor with ferry and seaplane services. You would be exactly where you want to be within walking distance of everything wonderful Victoria has to offer, especially the ocean.
WHO cleaning standards.

What's unique about this is the 17' ceilings, original old brick walls, great art, and separate entrance. There is a luxurious queen bedroom upstairs in addition to a high quality pull out queen sofa bed downstairs -- sleeping four in total.

It has all the modern amenities including internet, TV, cable, Bluetooth speaker, stainless steel appliances, in suite laundry, quality stocked kitchen a chef would enjoy, and a modern fireplace for the perfect vacation.

Secure off street parking is included located in a lot right across from the entrance to the unit. I have a pass you put on your mirror for any spot in the lot.

Home Away from Home
Wonderful location! If you’re visiting Victoria this is the place to stay. We felt at home. All restaurants, shops, and taverns are within walking distance. Shanzee’s across the street is our favorite place for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Home made banana bread and brownie-oatmeal bars are baked fresh daily. We walked all over the city. Love the historic district!

Perfect location for a fun get away. Property had everything we needed. Close to pubs and restaurants which were all amazing.. Swan pub, il Terreso.. didn’t use our vehicle once.. walked to lunch. Dinner.. shopping. Will come back definitely

The property was fantastic. Met our needs perfectly. Very walkable for everything you could want; breweries, pubs, breakfast, tacofino, ramen, sushi. So many options within 5 min walk. Clean, lots of spices, coffee, condiments on hand. Parking was no issue for us, it was 2blocks away but a 10 min parking spot out front allowed you to unload bags prior to parking your vehicle. Vehicle was parked outside in a lot and we had no issues arise in the lot. 2 thumbs up 👍

Great location, but…
Great location, very close to some great restaurants, 10 min walk to city bus and downtown Victoria. Nicely decorated place with well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, Netflix and Prime video. Bed in loft was comfortable but…the stairs going to the loft are steep. The apt needs a nightlight. The bed in the pull out sofa downstairs was noisy and very uncomfortable. We could hear the neighbors walking around above us late into the night, The apt is dark unless you put all the lights on. The seat cushions in the little seating area in front were full of bird poop so unusable.

Great rental for small family
Overall, the neighbourhood has a great vibe. Lotsa culture in the area and right next to our favourite pizza place: Virtuous Pie! We love the exposed brick wall and loft bedroom. This suite suited our needs for this particular 4 night stay. Close to so many great cafes and restaurants. Definitely recommend for up to four people. Oh and surprisingly quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Wonderful loft centrally located
We had a fantastic 3 night stay in the loft. The place had a lovely ambience, was cosy and warm with lots of nice features. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We would recommend this for anyone wanting a break to experience downtown Vancouver. Everything starts right outside the door!

We are not experienced users of VRBO. Property looked just as advertised. Comfortable bed. We went during a heat wave so without air conditioning the apartment was very warm. And windows were not easy to open . There was a fan in the bedroom but not downstairs. Owner was responsive and dropped off a new fan while we were out. However it wasn’t set up for us so we were faced with unpacking and assembling it late at night so we did without it. Apartment generally clean but ceiling fan in bathroom was not.
