"Excellent hotel that is well located within easy walking distance to the Citadella, the old town, the bus terminal etc. Located above a modern shopping plaza that includes a nice cafe and a well stocked supermarket. Staff were warm and welcoming, our room was comfortable and spacious with its own private hot tub on a private balcony with views over the town. I am gluten intolerant and the staff were assiduous in providing GF cereal and even little GF pancakes for breakfast. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful hotel and fantastic staff who were happy and cheerful every morning and throughout the day. I don’t know how they managed. Peter was exceptionally pleasant and great to chat to. Breakfast was a la carte and totally amazing - gorgeous food and big quantities. I hope that I will be back within the next year."

"the place is newly rennervated with clean, modern and spacious rooms. the place is quiet and safe as the door has a code for guests. The breakfast is great with customed made omelettes. Very close to castle , restaurants and shopping. Parking, you need to drive around with in a block or two "

"Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich empfangen und war zur vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort. Der red Room war sehr klein, keine Klimaanlage nur ein lauter Ventilator. Es gab ein sehr kleines Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht. Sehr warm und stickige Luft im Zimmer. Den Duschstrahl konnte man nur mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl zu einem ausreichenden Wasserstrahl bewegen. Die Handtücher rochen etwas muffig. Vom Zimmer ins Bad können sich nur sehr schlanke Personen bewegen, ansonsten muss man den Weg übers Bett...

"Perfect property and host/owner. The property is in a typical Gozitian street and this property is like an oasis in the middle of the busy City of Victoria. 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars and 10mins walk to the Citadel. Very quiet street and everything at the property, which is new, is beautiful, including the owner, who was most helpful and friendly. Would 100% stay again. Great roof top pool and bathing area."

" Rented for the hot tub which great on chilly days. Owner was reachable to figure out heat but I didn’t contact for the electric stove (fyi, Lo means locked not on low heat). Area quiet but neighbors a little noisy but not enough to wake/bother. Beware of low doorway."

"I cannot thank Edwina enough for her superb hosting. This chamming lady had thought of everything to make ur stay both comfortable and a delight. We arrived to find she had provided all the staple food items (including wine) to welcme two weary travellers. "The hotel is huge, despite it looking older than its rivals, the internal decoration was good and was very clean. The rooms were large and we had a seaview. I can find little fault with our stay here. We visited in February and despite some building work going on (which was well advertised) there is plenty to see and do. The evening entertainment was very good. The food choices were fantastic (something for everyone) with of course unlimited drinks in the food restaurants and bars if you are doing AI. The roof top pool has spectacular views and is definitely worth a visit, even if you don't want to dip your toes in the cooler water found in Feb. The indoor pool in the sub-basement is really catered for the spa customers even though it is open to everyone. Based on the 'open to everyone' the changing areas need to be much larger in regards to actual undressing etc and the Sauna and Steam room do need to be larger, but i can appreciate that in peak season these areas would be rarely used. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and what i would say, is those people that moan about this and that, are talking rubbish. Where else can you get a room, all inclusive food and drink for approx £60 a night !! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The staff work extremely hard to try and make everyones visit the best that they can."
