Lovely place to stay
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Bright and spacious very comfortable and suited us perfectly. Nestled among the trees you feel like you’re away from everything, in reality you’re just 25 minutes from Victoria harbor. Our only problem and it was a small one was the spotty wifi Would stay here again

Hidden Gem in a pretty setting…
We had a lovely time staying at the Hidden Gem. We found the cottage comfortable, clean and very pretty! We also liked the Cadboro area very much. We walked the neighborhood everyday. There is a little mall close by with a great market, wine shop, pet store, restaurant. The beach/park is quite lovely too. We hope to visit the area again soon! Thank you!

Quaint cottage
The studio and furnishings were cute! The first night was super hot, once we fugured out the windows we did cool down. The lovely king bed was not comfortable at all though, neither were the pillows. The kitchen tap was annoying....second shower while doing dishes! All in all, we enjoyed it and would recommend to others with these little notes as a heads up. Thank you!

A slice of Peace and Quiet
Saw a few deer and a very sweet dog. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. Would stay again. Also THANK you for not having a booklet of checkout instructions like other places. It was super simple and reasonable.

A beautiful place to stay, perfect for a walk to the beach. It felt like I was in the middle of nowhere yet it is close to everything. If you want to experience Vancouver Island this is a great spot to have as home base.

Beautiful and quaint - perfect romantic getaway
We absolutely loved staying here. It was beautiful, quaint and the perfect location. We loved exploring the area, sitting on the porch and making simple meals at the end of the day. The accommodations were fantastic.

Another fabulous stay!!
This is our second time visiting this property. The location is perfect with great access to the beach/Coast which our dogs loved. The studio is comfortable and had everything we needed - for us and our two poodles! We’ll be back!

A Gem
Beautifully located in a deeply wooded property. Very spacious, all one room (except the Bathroom!) great bed, wood-burning stove, lots of big windows with Roman blinds. Within 5 minutes of four restaurants and shops. Lovely walking places nearby, and close to U.Vic. Only downside is no stove and hence no real self-catering possible. There is a 2-burner hotplate, but few cooking utensils. Loved it, would return in a minute.

Unexpected forest home in the city
Best thing about this place is the location. Walking distance to grocery and coffee and located in a largely undeveloped area in the city. We loved walking our dog on the mostly quiet road through the trees and looking at the amazing houses. Great reprieve from the bustle of the city.
