"We were on a Girl's trip to celebrate a birthday. The Staff were the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered and the rooms were perfect. Bartenders at Morton's The Steakhouse were so much fun and great mixologists too, Passion Marqueritas were delicious! Same for the staff in the restaurant, they were wonderful as was the food. We had fun in the casino and the band Aqua Net was excellent! It was a great stay, we will be returning. I would definitely recommend this Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs."

"Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had good dove products. Breakfast was really good and staff was very nice. A million places to eat near by. Only downside was the pool was too cold to swim, and on a friday or saturday night the bar next door has a dj and plays until 4 AM, you could hear the bass all night on that side of the hotel."

"I understand others are here to stay also. But screaming till 1am, and starting again at 5, means no one else got the sleep we paid for. So I’m surprised there is no “quiet time” since family’s with small children would like them to sleep. "

"We love this hotel. The rooms are perfect- clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly, from front desk, to housekeeping, to bar/restaurant staff. Nightly welcome reception is such a bonus, as is the delicious breakfast spread. If there was one thing that was disappointing, it was the parking lot. There was a significant snow/ice storm earlier in the week, but the parking lot was treacherous. I know that the temperatures weren't warm enough to initiate melting and it must be very difficult to plow abs maintain the lot when cars are always parked there. But it was extremely dangerous even trying to get into our vehicle because of the buildup of the ice around it. I understand the circumstances, but it may be something to look into for future storms. It will not change our opinion of the property as whole. "
