"We had a great stay! The owner Mark was great with communication upon booking. Greeted us upon arrival, showed us to the cabin, and pointed out where facilities were located. Campground host Marianne was also welcoming- a genuinely kind and friendly person! The cabin was just about perfect. Full bed and twin bunk bed on the main floor, and full bed in loft. Air conditioning kept the cabin quite cool in 90 degree heat and high humidity. Private gas grill, picnic table, and fire pit outside. TV...

"This is my friend and my third time coming to the ADK region for vacation in the fall-this is by far our best experience yet. Joe not only sent an email with the check in process but also made sure I received it and had his cell phone number for any issues. The cabin was spotless and cozy- the little touches of decorations/candles gave it a very welcoming feel. The area was beautiful, so many places to hike and explore! It was great to have a fire by the river in the evenings and a cup of coffee...

"My husband I stayed for a long weekend. Location was close enough to town if you wanted to be out and about but perfect to also pour a glass of wine and stay in. The cabin was clean and had all the essentials you would need. Would definitely recommend!"

"The cottage was the perfect getaway! Exactly as described, so much fun on the river. Plenty of water toys and we caught sunnies, perch, and bass while fishing. The cottage is well cared for, very clean, and fully stocked with everything needed. Great communication with the owner Will. "We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and property. The check in was simple and check out was made easy as well. We did not cook while there but the house had everything you need. There was adequate TP, paper towels garbage bags. The beds were all very comfortable as well! Would definitely come back next time we head to Saratoga, and I will be recommending to friends whose kids attend Skidmore!"

"We enjoyed the pond with swimming, Kayaking and tubing! We had a few nights of sitting around the fire and going a little more than a mile to town for ice cream. We visited six flags and Saratoga racing and a day of boating on Saratoga lake and came back to a quiet retreat in the woods. The house was clean and relaxing with everything you need to enjoy some downtime. We would love to come back again! I do recommend bug spray as a prior vacationer did."
