"This inpromptu stay, while travelling home, was a really pleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was amazing, the room was massive and we even had a jacuzzi style bath! Staff could have not been more helpful and even made a pretty good cup of tea for my wife on the morning of her birthday! (We are from the UK and good tea is hard to come by). We loved the hotel, really can't recommend highly enough."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times because of its quiet and convenient location to the town centre which is only a few minutes walk away. "Our stay at Hôtel restaurant Beim Schlass was short but very very sweet. We arrived a little later than planned but that was no issue. My mother is in a wheelchair and once they seen her they moved us to a closer floor and even lifted her (in the wheel chair) up the flight of stairs. Amazing customer service. The hotel itself is stunning. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed here during our whirlwind tour of Europe. It was surprisingly good, given it's situated over a gasoline station. The soundproofing was really good, too. Breakfast was a little lacking. No elevator so we had to carry our large suitcases up a long flight of stairs (equivalent to two stories). The room was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were very nice. The A/C didn't work properly, but that could have been because of the season when we visited. Close to the "town center"...

"Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "
