"The apartment is very clean and in a nice neighbourhood in Uptown DC. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to have access to the outside patio. The parking outside was also a great bonus. One thing to note for tall people is that the ceiling is quite low so remember to duck! (My partner banged his head on the beams multiple times). Would recommend for a neighbourhood stay in DC."

"The room we stayed in was, without a doubt, beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and the amenities were many. However, until check-in we were completely unaware of the fact that we would be forced to attend a sales pitch for ownership at the resort. I would never have booked this listing had I known that.it was a very unfortunate discovery upon arrival, and a huge inconvenience during our family vacation."

"Clean, tidy, apartment in a quiet area. About 20 minutes fast walk to the metro. Bus stops (K2, K6) three to five minutes on foot. I had a problem with the shower curtain - it fell to the floor before anyone touched it. It doesn't change the fact that I recommend this place. The apartment was worth the price I paid."

"This was by far the cleanest rental we have stayed in. Plenty of towels and space for my family of 4. Even the couch turns into a bed, so my kids didn’t have to ‘share’ a bed. We found a couple little spots to pick up minimal groceries and a few restaurants in the area. We spent our days exploring DC and the surrounding area. The apartment was a nice refuge from the daily seeing. One evening we were so exhausted we just stayed in. The neighbors were kind and the neighborhood was maintained...

"Communication with manager excellent. Accurate info & stayed in contact. We are 70+, have 6 lb chihuahua so safety of place, convenient parking and yard in back, long, narrow fenced 2 sides worked well for dog. Location close to wife's relative, 6 miles, so good location for us. Neighborhood felt safe, minimal traffic/noise. Place was clean, furnishings minimal but OK. Take these comments in context to our age and some health issues: - stairs to upper floor narrow & a good climb to get up to...

If you are planning to do the same, and have family stay in the guest house for the weekend, read the contract *carefully*. We skimmed it and failed to realize that you’ll need to take all trash bags to the dumpster by the barn and strip all of the bed sheets and put them downstairs, etc…"

"This is a great little studio that's convientely located near the Red line (15 minute walk). The walk is up a hill, so if you're not feeling up to that after a day of sightseeing, you can take the D8 bus. The neighborhood is safe-ish, never had a problem walking to/from the apartment even late at nights, but you may have some people ask you for money. You're also very close to a Giant foods, which is handy. The host was very accomodating and even had bottled and sparkling water in the fridge...

"Inside: We had a two-room setup (king bed and adjoining bathroom that had a stall and tub; then two queen beds and bath off the dining room). The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great. We were given great starter amenities; The only issue we had was that we were unclear on whether we could ask for more or the cleaning staff to come in. The vibe seemed weird around Vrbo customers; it was not worth it to us to kick up dust. Additionally, the second floor community amenities...

"This property was in excellent condition. A wonderful place to go “home” to every night after our day in DC. Public transportation is nearby so you can just park your vehicle and ride. One of the best places we have stayed."
