A very quiet hotel in the heart of Vienna, Austria, within 5 minute walk of St Steven’s Cathedral. Plenty of restaurant & shopping options also nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly, and exceptionally helpful. The included breakfast was more than adequate. A great value for the price. We would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.

This hotel , and its staff are incredible. The staff was warm and so helpful. They went above and beyond. The facilities are beautiful and well kept. The location is supreme. I would stay with them again and again.

5 stars to breakfast team, attentive & personal services to their needs. Bad services to housekeeping, 10days stay, no cleaning services for almost 7 days as we leave room around 12noon even we told the team or reception in person, we came back with filled garbage bin & coffee machine, empty shower gel, no refill on tea bags, coffee tablet.. feel so tired need to chase every day while we leave hotel and back from town

Charming Boutique Hotel in an Ideal Location Great hotel just a few steps from Stephansplatz — the location was absolutely perfect! It’s a small boutique hotel, which I really liked for its cozy and intimate feel. The only minor issue I experienced was when I ordered a ride to the airport through the hotel in the morning — unfortunately, the driver didn’t show up. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, and I was able to quickly book a ride through Bolt instead, which worked out well (and was actually cheaper — about $30 vs. $60). Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely return!
