The hotel is out of the centre but close to the D tram which cross connects with other routes to go just about anywhere you might want to go. We enjoyed our initial stay and when our flight home was cancelled we were quite happy to stay on a day longer. The hotel is big enough to have good facilities but small enough to be friendly and caring.

Room 201 is too small. Room needs a lamp as halogen lights are too bright with no dimmer. Mushroom soup was served cold. Young staff seemed liked trainees and were not useful. Seats at breakfast are dirty and stained. Afternoon tea and cakes are a nice touch. Gentleman on front desk is good. I paid about £1000 for 3 nights and that was poor value. I’d love to return to Vienna one day but will stay somewhere else.

Great hotel. If you are able to walk then all sites are nearby. Trams good as an alternative. Breakfast is very good, but don't go down late as they don't replenish used items. That being said this is the only minor blemishing s great hotel and good value

Great 4 night stay here, came for the Christmas markets. Rooms were nice and warm with the weather outside very cold. Parking was terrible and cost around £12 per day (parking was about a 5 min walk away from hotel) I wasn’t going to lay €26 per day for hotel parking. All in all clean and great breakfast. Would stay again.

This is a great property and the staff was absolutely beyond amazing. They assisted with transportation to and from several shows we saw. They recommended restaurants and activities. Definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next trip

The hotel was excellent including the staff from start to finish. A little walk from the centre and the markets but plenty of transport links nearby.If wanting to get around on public transport purchase a 24/48/72hrs pass this will enable you to get around Vienna without too much fuss(far cheaper than the tour buses). Breakfast had plenty of choices and the hotel does free tea and cakes of an afternoon which is great if you need a break. Would definitely use the hotel again if staying in Vienna.

Wonderful service on arrival to Hotel - reception staff extremely helpful. Amazing breakfast. Only downside was room was small (409) with no room for bedside tables and no plugs to charge phone next to bed. Hotel spotless and good location for walking into centre.

Very pleased with my stay especially the front desk staff . So helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff terrific. I'll be back. Highly recommend. It was also in a nice area to get around.

Reception and breakfast staff were just very friendly, respectful, and happy- making my wife and I feel like we were special guests. Room was extremely clean, the shower was just excellency. The bed sheets were clean and changed daily. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful array of cheeses and meats… Close, walking distance to the old town Vienna that was bustling with people. It was one of the best hotels that I experienced in my 71 years! I highly recommend it to everyone. Very good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Mr. Noodles-a Chinese Restaurant that had very tasty, big portioned dishes- Udon noodles soup and the dumplings were just out of this world! They also have Makis and Bentos and even kimchi’ ! And the prices were reasonable.
