The hotel is great. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with mini fridges. Modern recently refurbished bathrooms. Located just outside the centre there is a bus service just outside and a metro station 5 mins walk. The area is residential so quiet and limited nightlife, a few late convenience stores but then Naschmarkt is 3 bus stops away so not a problem. Room storage space was a little limited for 2 people for 4 nights.

They would not let you check in before 3pm even if the room was ready. The shower was small and full of mold. Water drained poorly. Area was not the greatest. The room was spacious enough and supplied us with a kettle and tea/coffee but there was no plug where the kettle was kept - odd

Absolutely not a 4-star hotel—just a very cheaply run 3-star hotel. Half the mattress was completely broken-in, which I survived as a solo. Worst surprise was no heat on a night of freezing temperatures: dummy radiator in the bathroom & the forced air system in the bedroom was only a fan despite the heating indicator. 4 hours of cold-interrupted sleep awaited me. No toiletries to boot. Assumed low prices were due to the nearby U-bahn construction & being out of season, but apparently a decent night’s rest is a premium one must buy elsewhere.

Way better places
Positives: Bedroom is clean, good wifi, well located, overall quiet. Negatives: There isn’t a private terrace but rather a gangway that leads to the rooms, unprotected from the rain. Step to access the rooms from the main building which isn’t great with luggage. Room isn’t cleaned unless you stay 3 nights, which means that for a weekend, no fresh towels, no coffee refills, trash isn’t taken out etc. This is hugely disappointing. Pigeons live above the door to the room with everything it entails. Staff isn’t engaging not interested. Bedding is very basic.

Odalar 3 kişi için çok küçük. Birbirine yakın tarihlerde 2 ayrı konaklama gerçekleştirdik. İlk seferinde 501 numaralı odada tek kişilik yatak olarak verilen kanepe kırıktı, bir gece kalacağımız için idare ettik. İkinci sefer 406 numaralı odada yataklarda ise anlamadığımız bir şekilde yana doğru eğim vardı, gece yukarı doğru tırmanmazsanız yataktan düşebilirsiniz. Yastıklar da adeta çarşaf kalınlığındaydı, ilk konaklamada yastık bulamadılar, ikinci konaklamada ise ekstra yastığı 4 kez hatırlatmamıza rağmen ancak 2 tane ekstra yastık bulabildiler. Odaların ısıtmasında da tuhaf farklılıklar vardı. Resepsiyonda sıra beklerken başka bir odada kalan konuklar odanın çok soğuk olması nedeniyle ekstra battaniye istiyordu, biz ise sıcaktan uyuyamayıp camı açmak zorunda kaldık. Caddeye bakan odalarda cam açıkken çok fazla gürültü oluyor maalesef. Odadaki mobilyalar çok eskiydi, yatak başlıklarının üzerindeki deri kaplama dökülmüştü. Bazı odalara giriş sadece balkondan yapılıyor ve sigara içme yeri o balkon olduğu için insanlar mecburen odanızın önünde sigara içiyorlar. Otelin tek güzel yanı merkeze ve otobüs duraklarına yakınlığıydı.

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es liegt ziemlich im Zentrum der Stadt Wien, die Zimmer sind modern und sehr rein und besonders möchte ich das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption erwähnen. Ich war sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Ottima posizione, sonni tranquilli e personale cordiale e disponibile. Un appunto solo all'impianto televisivo con nessun canale italiano funzionante, e all'arredamento, decisamente obsoleto (soprattutto al pianoterra), che offusca l'immagine positiva dell'hotel.
