I was with my 89 year old mother and 3 children. We were able to walk to dinner, shopping, museums and music venues. The hotel has an elevator so it was easy for my mother. You could help yourself to tea and coffee anytime. My mother was very happy that the have good toilet paper! Some of the rooms have a bidet too. The breakfast is great, sweet and savory options. Eggs and porridge cooked fresh whe you order. Meats, smoked fish and cheese. Cereals toast, bread and pastries. Tea, coffee and juice. Gluten free options and lactose free options too. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They all appeared to be happy to see you and to be working there. The bar tender, Ferdinand, stood out. He always greet us with a great smile, was chatty and makes amazing coctails! I would absolutely recommend the Beethoven .

Amazing service
Stayed at the hotel Beethoven for a week and our stay was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Selima was at the desk when we arrived and pointed out so many activities for us to try. The hotel was also very eco - friendly and clean. Our room was well stocked and functional. The hotel had even had a little concert the day we arrived and had a very talented violinist. When we left Selima had even found our iPad that we had left and returned it to us. We look forward to coming back!

A Perfect Hotel Choice
This is a highly recommended hotel with amazing staff, great decor and a perfect location - situated close to the opera house, the Hofburg Palace and across from the Naschmarkt. I quickly chose this hotel after an unplanned departure from my previous hotel location and wish I had chosen Hotel Beethoven from the start. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. They made my stay memorable!
