A very good hotel fairly close to the city centre. The not so good thing was the lack of wardrobe space - it was a rail with hangers over the fridge and no real shelves, otherwise the room was fine. The Bouvier restaurant was really good for both lunch and breakfast. The best feature was the reception desk, especially Ann. The service we received was first class - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The property location and facilities are great, however the hotel lacks 4 star level service. We had to constantly ask for missing glass and water after every day clean up, the heating in the unit is an issue, the water doesnt drain in the shower and we found the room wasn’t properly cleaned.

The hotel is beautiful and very centrally located. The staff is very helpful with anything you asked from them. The Restaurant downstairs has a delicious menu and the bar at the rooftop has a great service and a cool view. My room was small but I was happy with it. The area is very safe and easy to walk anywhere and if not there is trans and the underground. I’m so happy I choose this hotel, for sure will stay there again..

A really excellent hotel with helpful staff, and a fantastic location. One small gripe - the thermostat in the room lights up like a star and provides too much light in the middle of the night

Really nice hotel with unique rooms. I loved the retro style, the shower and the little bluetooth speaker in the room. TV isn't streaming compatible but you can bring and attach your own casting device. Overall very nice experience!

Very interesting hotel (converted from office building), spacious room, nearly new. Friendly staff, breakfast a La carte better deal than signing up for breakfast at time of booking for us at least. Glad we stayed here

This hotel has a great vibe with its design. I love the building and the decor. The design is a good mix of making it feel warm but not too fussy. The music choice is perfect. The downside is that I don’t think it’s ideal for work trips. The breakfast is an ala carte restaurant so it’s not super fast (not slow either) but some form of buffet or fast ordering would be great when you need to get to meetings etc. The rooms are very nice but there are a few impractical things like there is no wardrobe and no real place to hang your clothes except for open hanging above a coffee station where they would get wet and touch the kettle etc. Very odd design. I would love it for a weekend away with friends when I wasn’t rushing out the door and had no need to have all of my clothes neatly hanging and organised and could have loads of spare time to enjoy a restaurant experience for breakfast etc. Make me sound boring because its fun place but not super efficient. Definitely one for a fun weekend away

The hotel is in a really good position, a 10 min walk from the the CAT airport train. Good walking distance from all the main places to visit and good access to transport if you need to go further. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is good and you are about a 10 min walk from other good places to eat too.
