" MOOONs was a quick overnight between the Vienna Airport (arriving from New Zealand) and a train to Kitzbuhel (solo traveler). Front desk very cordial, excellent English. Perfect room (very quiet for a busy district), perfect service, delicious food. BTW, the staff loved the penguin videos from NZ. "

"Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "

"Cleanliness was great. Near to public transportation and eateries. Lobby had attractive antique seating and design, but seating was well worn. Check in was slow. breakfast buffet was delicious, but very crowded. Impeccable cleanliness."

"Stayed in the Lamee part of Topaz Lamme hotel in a junior sweet. The Lamee is decorated in a funky retro style that shouldn't work but it does. The suit was a good size, large windows, full size bath and shower. Room had all amenities you could want including robes, slippers, safe, hairdryer. Reception for check-in/out is a across the road at Topaz but they are available 24x7 by in room telephone. The bed was king-sized with the most comfortable mattress and the softest crisp, white duvets we...
