Vientiane stay

The hotel was very comfortable, but needed a few facility upgrades like shower hot water. The staff were amazing and made up for any shortcomings in the facility. Food was also fantastic

Hotel alejado del centro con algunas deficiencias

Lo mejor del hotel: El servicio de traslado al centro de la ciudad ya que el hotel está alejado Desayuno aceptable pero con poca variación Fallo en la contratación de traslado a Udon Thani realizado por la recepción: Se contrata traslado con servicio de menibus, pero la realidad es que nos trasladan a un café indicándonos que allí pasaran a recogernos. Un tuk tuk nos recoge y traslada a la estación de autobuses regulares y compra billete que cuesta la cuarta parte del precio que abonamos. En fin toda una corrupción organizada. Desconocemos quien se lleva el dinero si la agencia e viajes que engaña en el servicio o alguien del hotel. Es un tema que deben investigar pues no es nada ética la actuación.

Excellent

Truly lovely hotel. The rooms are nice, it’s clean and it’s quiet. It’s a little out of the centre but the free shuttles downtown are convenient, as is the free airport shuttle. Don’t attempt to go walking in the streets late at night as there are dogs who get upset if you get too close. The staff are very friendly as are people generally in Vientiane. The WiFi is a good connection but you need to keep logging in throughout the day. No need for power adaptors as the sockets are multi-National. Breakfast is ok. The pastries are delicious and Cooke to perfection. The gym is surprisingly big and the roof top pool is very cool, with underwater lights that change colour, tables & chairs, contemporary music in the background and even a dance floor complete with disco lights. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again myself.

Bad choice!

Hotel out of date, wall papers of the corridors comes off, dirty rooms and hotel in general has never been under maintenance. Staff at reception almost does not speak English. Pictures showed are not corresponding to reality. I would never recommend this hotel!

Good and accommodating hotel

We went to this hotel to conduct some interviews with applicants for our company and the staff was very help full and even supplied free water for the couple dozen of applicants that showed up. The rooms were good and clean, breakfast was sufficient.

시내와는 조금 많이 떨어져있었습니다.뚝뚝으로 15분~20분정도? 그런데 직원들의 친절도가 매우 높았습니다. 실수로 날짜를 잘못 예약했음에도 직원의 양해로 숙박이 가능하게 되었습니다. 객실/호텔은 매우 깨끗하며 저희가 방문했을 때에는 수영장은 이용하지 않았습니다. 샤워실과 볼일 보는 곳이 분리되어 있어 더 좋았습니다.

모든게 좋지만 위치와 온수가 문제!

1. 위치가 중심가와 떨어져있어서 불편합니다. 뚝뚝 바가지를 당하지 않는다면 2만~2.5만낍으로 중심가에 갈 수 있는데 뚝뚝 아저씨들이 만만치않아 3만, 3.5만을 내기도 했습니다. 저흰 귀찮아서 그랬고 의지만 있다면 충분히 2만대에서 협상 가능합니다. 2만대 아니면 걸어간다고 하면 대개 ㅇㅋㅇㅋ 합니다. 생각보다 불편했습니다. 자전거 대여도 안해줘서.. 2. 공항까지 무료 택시를 제공합니다. 저희는 체크아웃 후 짐만 맡겨놓고 볼거리를 구경한 후 다시 여기와서 무료택시타고 공항으로 갔습니다. 참고로 차가 너~~~무 좋아서 만족스러웠습니다. 3. 조식, 실내 모두 만족! 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 내부시설들 다 좋았습니다 4. 수영장 무료. 사람이 없고 한적했지만 일정때문에 이용해보지는 않았습니다. 5. 온수!!!! 물론 무난히 샤워할정도의 온수는 나옵니다. 특히 샤워부스는 잘 나왔습니다. 하지만 욕조에 온수가 잘 나오지 않습니다. ㅠㅠ 뜨끈한 물에 몸을 담그고 싶어서 일부러 욕조딸린 방을 신청했는데.. 실망

Could be good but a little run down

Firstly the hotel was very accommodating to us when we first arrived. We were 4 hours early and they arranged for us to enter our room early with only a short wait. Which I was very pleased about. They even suggested that we may want to go and have breakfast whilst they arranged it. The only issue I had with this was that after we had the breakfast we were informed we would need to pay $20 for it. Whilst I would have been fine to pay as we were early I feel that the correct thing to do would have been to tell us up front as it was presented as a freebie. Although I accept misunderstandings happen. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. However it was also a little tired looking and the head board had lot of stains on it. Overall the hotel was just ran down and needed a bit more love and attention. There was wallpaper that was torn and the pool area was also in poor repair. We even had to find and erect our own umbrella. I really think the hotel could be good but the attention to detail needs to improve. It can't be easy to run a hotel of this size and I guess the balance between reasonable room rates and quality is very difficult. By no means was it terrible but to us it was not a true 4 star hotel.

Fint hotell med underbara sängar och vänlig personal. Dock ligger hotellet en bra bit utanför centrum. Men hotellet erbjuder shuttelbus vilket är en fördel. God frukost och helt okej pool. Lite slitet är det allt, med funkar alldeles utmärkt.

Stay in Vientiane

This hotel was recommended as being near to the family we were visiting so we only used hotel as a base. Rooms were clean and comfortable and size of room was adequate. We had issues with our door entry system but didn't request a move of room. There was always plenty of hot water. The public areas were getting shabby, especially the restaurant. Breakfast was very ordinary - but the omelettes were lovely!

Highly recommend!!

After sleeping in serval hotels in Vientiane this hotel just made my stay so much better. the location is out of the city but that actually a plus for quiet and relaxing time. the hotel staff very nice, breakfast very yummy and the bed was super comfy. definitely will stay there again next time!!

スポーツジムが豪華で快適なホテル

ホテルは静かで、部屋は広く快適である。５つ星のホテルのような豪華さは全くないし、そもそもこの国の建築技術に問題があるので、バリアフリーや気の利いた設計ができないのは仕方ない。部屋の内部の設計について先進国のホテルと比較しても仕方ないが、必要十分、そして清潔で便利なホテル施設だと思った。スリッパ以外の物は何でも用意されているので困ることはない。フロントと朝食のレストラン、清掃のスタッフは皆親切で対応は良い。朝食のメニューは多くないが、フォーや卵料理などは、オーダーすると作りたてを運んでくれる。味や量は大変良くて満足した。コーヒーは何度も新しいものを持ってきてくれるなどサービスは良いと思う。このホテルを選んだ理由は、ロケーションよりもスポーツジムの施設が充実していることだった。仕事で疲れた体をリフレッシュするためにこちらを選んだ。実際は、前日バンコクで宿泊した５つ星のホテルのジムよりも、施設の充実度の高さに驚かされた。日本の会員制のジム同様に、施設の広さ、機器の数、機器の品質、どれを見ても遜色なく一流であった。それを私一人のために２時間も無料で開放してもらえた。スタッフはその間、テレビを見て待っていた。大変親切だった。

很满意的入住

酒店虽然离市区较远，但是万象本来就不大，所以距离不是问题，而且酒店有班车，免费班车，去市区去机场，所以非常非常方便，酒店环境不错，干湿分区不说，房间还有微波炉这些设备，酒店的游泳池健身房都很专业，晚上睡觉床特别软，前台服务很好，很热心！酒店唯一不足的地方就是早餐内容很少！都不知道可以拿点什么吃的！

The overall facilities of this hotel were of a good standard. It had a roof top restaurant with a band playing. Some of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The standard of cleanliness of the room was only average.

Modernes Hotel am Stadtrand

Zum Mekong River ist es ein 10 minütiger Fussmarsch. Zur Stadtmitte ist es 10 Minuten mit dem Hotel Shuttle Bus. Gratis und verkehrt alle 2 Stunden.

A hotel in need of a good manager.

This is certainly not a five star hotel. Front desk service was excellent, however staff in restaurants and breakfast area were hopeless. Breakfast selection and limited was just terrible. Nice pool area on the roof but once again no service. There was just one umbrella available and it was 38 degrees. No other shade. Free transport to and from the city and airport was very good.
