"The property was perfect for my four year old son and my stay. We were able to easily walk to the white oak canyon trailhead which was our goal. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing fancy, just country living. We went out to eat at Graves mountain lodge as well as the Bavarian Chef, and recommend both of them. "

"Words cannot express how much we loved spending time at the cabin. I had constant communication with the renter. I even spoke personally with him on the phone when I had a question. Everything worked as it should except for getting the touch top stove to work. I loved the lighting in the cabin, the fireplace was cozy and I really enjoyed the hot tub. I look forward to coming back again for a weekend stay again.It was nice and quiet out in the country. Highly recommend."

The views from the cabin are as good or better than many on the Appalachian Trail or other nearby trails and parks, and the cabin itself was well appointed. The hosts were great and very prompt with communication. The road and driveway to access the property are gravel and somewhat steep, but I didn't feel like we needed high clearance or 4 wheel drive at any point (in good weather). I would definitely stay here again."

"Wow! What an amazing property and cabin. The owner was communicative and her attention to detail made our stay perfect. The cabin was pristine and completely stocked with EVERYTHING and every kitchen item/tool you could possibly need. The wi-fi was lightening fast and the A/C was ice cold. This weekend was perfect and exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. The grounds are peaceful and there’s so much land and peace. We will return again for sure!"
