"Staff was welcoming and helpful. Also place was easy access to everything. However, the floor in the stairwell is slippery. My sister in law slip and almost rolled down the stairs. "The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. The villa was comfortable and going around the property to see the animals was a fun experience. If you were to spend the night I suggest you...

2.5 star property
4.8 out of 10, 3 reviews
"Place is only good to reserve in last resort cases... For starters the restroom was filthy. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a least a month. AC cooled but was so loud it was hard to fall asleep. The pool was dirty and it appreared the filtration pump wasnt running. On top of that there was a 'pool use charge' sign posted at the desk. Wi fi was weak on the second floor. List goes on ... anyway if you need to get out of the rain i guess this place will do."
