"First of all, I had read the reviews about getting a hold of the owner to get your pin code and room and anticipated some difficulty doing the same. They had two numbers listed on the wall outside. "Firs they forgot to send us the code for the lock box. With the bad signal I had in that location it was very difficult to call them. After about 5 attempts they finally picked up the phone and they give me the information which they supposed to do at least 24 hours before our arrival. No apologies or anything like that, it sounded like this is normal and I've seen other gests having the same problem.
