Aluguei o apartamento por conta da piscina, porém a piscina está em reforma, acho que isso deveria ser falado assim que efetuei a reserva, pois eu cancelaria e não teria a frustração na hora! Sobre o condomínio a segurança é excelente, porém é tão boa que incomoda, até para sair do prédio precisa se identificar, abrir uma porta precisa de identificação, isso atrapalha na agilidade, acho que se já estamos dentro do condomínio o acesso deveria ser mais fácil! Abriu várias vezes o portão, deu p.hig, limpou o chão do degelo da geladeira,etc.
Só não gostei do check -in, tive que mostrar o pagamento feito, da fatura do cartão, já tinha pago tanto os 50%,quanto o restante pelo cartão. O pessoal da portaria nem tinha reservado um quarto para nós !"
