Breakfast was fab and the ladies were so friendly and cheerful. Loved the room and the pool. Free parking was a short walk away but easy enough to bring the car round for luggage. Would book again without hesitation.

Great find - house has been modernly decorated, check in was easy and organised remotely, breakfast was lovely with friendly members of staff, pool in a sun trap!

The breakfast was excellent! The room was plenty big, very clean, good bathroom too. Note that it's not a hotel with a lobby. I had no issues with that though. I highly recommend it and would stay there again. We didn't get to try the pool but it looked good.

We had a great stay here. It was modern, clean and very nice. The staff was super friendly. Parking was easy to find outside. The room was very small, especially the bathroom but it was not an issue for us. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Peaceful & tranquil

Peaceful & tranquil, to the highest standard, looks like a brand new hotel with a new pool area. A lovely double room with huge shower & aircon. A small fridge in the room. Cakes available at tea time & a superb continental breakfast with cooked eggs.

Exceptional stay in authentic village

Olive boutique guest house was a wonderful stay. It’s located in a very authentic Azorian fishing village which is well located to explore the entire island. With everything between 10-40 mins away. Maria and Joanna who are in charge of the breakfast are wonderful local women. They greeted us with so much warmth and were more than happy to help give us all their local tips. The breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked eggs to your choice, breads and pastries, fruit, cheeses, hams, fresh juice… everything you could want. Our room was on the third floor and had full ocean views off a balcony, the room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The whole place was stylishly decorated. The place felt safe, was quiet and secure. Self check in and out was super easy. I couldn’t recommend this place more!! Thank you Maria and Joanna for being the true heart of Olive Boutique!

The guesthouse is modern and very very clean. The staff are really lovely and helpful. There was a lot on offer for breakfast. The pool is cold but bigger than expected and a nice relaxing area. There is a dog nearby that barks constantly early in the morning and in the evening but that’s not the guesthouse’s fault. The shower doesn’t have very strong pressure so it took me a long time to rinse my hair 😅 The lady who messaged me prior to my stay was kind and helpful. I found eating out difficult as a vegetarian in this area. We couldn’t get a table at the black whale, who we had read catered for vegetarians. The beaches were easy walks away and the bus into ponta Delgada was very easy too. The room had everything we needed and I’d recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay on the island. Thank you for everything :)

Olive's Guest House was wonderful. It was very newly renovated. Our room had a beautiful view and was extremely comfortable and private. Breakfasts were delicious. Everything about our stay was great. I couldn't recommend it more highly. Also, Villa Franco de Campo was easy to get around with good restaurants nearby. It was also convenient for all our day trips. I would give it 6 stars.

The room was very clean and modern looking. I was able to access my Netflix and Prime accounts so I never lacked for in-room TV entertainment. They provide a nice breakfast in the morning as well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and did an outstanding job cleaning the room every day. The pool is nice and private, but brace yourself for cold water! I was a little surprised there was no in-room coffeemaker or mini-refrigerator, but they do provide bottled water for the rooms each day, and coffee and espresso available each morning in the breakfast area. I would certainly stay there again if I was visiting!

Das Personal ist aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und vorallem sympathisch. Ich habe mich beim Frühstück gerne mit das Personal unterhalten, mir wurden immer tolle Vorschläge gemacht für schöne Orte die ich auf die Insel noch besuchen kann. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, man hat kein bisschen staub gesehen. Beim Frühstück ist für jedem was dabei. Ich kann Olive Boutique nur weiterempfehlen :)

Hébergement très agréable, tout est bien pensé, les codes d’accès à la chambre sont envoyées deux jours avant la réservation, le petit déjeuner est formidable avec que des produits locaux, c’était un régal, l’hôtel est très propre, tout confort. De petites attentions très agréable comme une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, deux petits desserts à notre arrivée, et aussi une zone avec des dessert gratuit à disposition, Petite suggestion : :manque juste une bouilloire pour se faire un bon thé.. Le seul point « négatif », C’est qu’on a peu d’échanges avec les hôtes avec ce système de code.
