"We come to Portugal every year, staying in new places all the time, 12 people or more. This property was very close to an incredible beach, when i say close i mean less than 5 min walk with young ones at heel. They came and changed the sheets and kept things clean, the icky thing i missed that we usually see is someone cleaning the pool, but the tools where handily they're and the kids loved to do it. We will most likely come back! Definitely recommended"

"Overall, the place was great, as advertised. Host was great and was available upon any requests. From a traveler who has used many Vrbo and others, as we come to Europe regularly, we did find it odd that basic needs were not left for the guests. Simple items like dish soap, dishwasher soap, extra toilette paper or paper towels, garbage bags or recycle bags/bins. When you are on the move for 2 weeks to a month, the need to purchase these items and carry them is difficult. Please do not get us...

"This is a lovely property that is very close to the beach and a 5 min cycle ride to Monte Gordo. There is also a nearby shop attached to a cafe that is perfect for essentials. The beach itself (5 mins walk away) is stunning and seems to go on forever. As is clear from the pictures, decoratively the house is a tad dated inside. For those who don't mind this, however, it offers a perfect Algarve beach house. Although the house has 5 bedrooms, the small living area would make it a bit of a squeeze...

"My wife and enjoyed our stay in cabanas, the resort was bigger than we expected and definitely more family oriented, but still very enjoyable for us. The flat was very lovely, had what we needed and a nice covered patio. The local grocery store was a 5 min walk and well stocked. "A great all inclusive hotel with plenty of activities. This resort is especially great for golfers as you have 2 great courses at your doorstep. "We had a Ria view room with lovely views, especially as the weather was good. We liked the fact that the hotel is very tranquil at this time of year. Although the rooms are not spacious it was a very comfortable large bed, bottled water and fridge in the room. The food was of a very good standard and a reasonable range of options. Staff all professional and friendly.Hoping to return next year."

"Staying in the deluxe room with the jacuzzi on the patio was a must. It’s a short walk to town although the restaurant food quality was a bit disappointing and restaurants were empty due to the season. We didn’t dine at hotel. However we capped off each night with a drink in the hotel’s fabulous rooftop bar. The hotel was almost empty so it was surprising we had to wait for our room( we arrived early) but they kept saying not ready when when we finally came back at the specified check in time there was a lineup and then we had to wait even longer. However the gentleman at check in was helpful when we were trying to get a package delivered. "

Four nights in Monte Gordo.

"Great hotel in Monte Gordo, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful town with amazing beach and very close to the Spanish border. Staff were grand, we had a very good buffet breakfast, main items to choose from. Very close to beach and shops. If needed there is a 2 1/2 mile walk to the border town of Vila Real de Santo Antonio along a straight road but the beach walk is glorious although twice the distance. Beach is just fantastic. Was a small fishing village before tourism and no natural harbour so the fishing boats are launched by tractor pushing them into the sea. Many eateries, cafes etc in the town. The bed we had was very comfy and the shower was so lovely , with power and heat. Also had a fridge in the room. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Cheers 😁😁"
