Holiday House Algarve, Portugal, fully furnished and equipped, just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Manta Rota, a few km from several other beautiful beaches of the Ria Formosa.

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped house
It was a comfortable and clean house with a well-equipped kitchen. We had stayed in Manta Rota in previous years and this was the best accommodation we booked in terms of amenities/comfort/space. The only disadvantage is it is a little far from the beach - about a 15-20 minute walk.

Escolhi esta casa para passar férias, porque já lá tinha estado há uns anos, mas depressa me arrependi. Apesar de ter um grande potencial e boas áreas, deixa muito a desejar em tudo o resto. Casa com falta de manutenção, muitos sinais de humidade e bolor no teto. Objetos de uso indispensável, como louça, num estado deplorável. WCs com falta de manutenção, o mais grave com um autoclismo partido, outro com o suporte de chuveiro partido, ou a cortina do duche muito velha e suja. Atoalhados que tinham mau cheiro. Divisões com aspeto de depósito de móveis e eletrodomésticos, por exemplo, uma máquina de lavar loiça num dos quartos. Teias de aranha no teto. Tenho fotografias que comprovam tudo. No início da estadia enviei mensagem a relatar o que estava mal, mas até hoje não obtive resposta. Recebi uma mensagem antes da estadia a informar que tinha de sair até às 12h, mas às 9h40 tinha uma pessoa, que limpava a casa, a tocar à porta sem saber de nada. Uma grande falta de comunicação e organização. Não recomendo de todo.

Casa muito boa, confortável, espaçosa q.b., com tudo para ser funcional. Sem enganos. Afastada da praia, mas a caminhada faz-se muito bem, além de que, sabíamos ao que íamos. Só há a dizer bem (muito bem) sobre os contatos com os proprietários, simpáticos e esclarecedores. Não dou 5 estrelas pelo facto de que pode haver um pouco mais de privacidade relativamente às moradias vizinhas (falado com um dos proprietários, que revelou ser algo em fase de resolução). Recomendo! Agradecimentos ao Sr. Fernando e à Sra. Patrícia.

Reihenhaus in wenig schöner Lage
Der in der Beschreibung markierte Zielpunkt (Lagekarte google maps) stimmt nicht mit der Lage des Hauses überein. Es liegt viel weiter nordwestlich und mindestens 1,5 km vom Strand entfernt, hier sind locker 20-25 Minuten Fußmarsch einzuplanen und nicht die beschriebenen 8 bzw. 10 Gehminuten. Das hat die Vermieterin lediglich in einem (portugiesischen) Vermieter-Kommentar zu einer entsprechenden Bewertung in 2019 eingeräumt, den wir leider vorab nicht genau gelesen haben, da wir in Manta Rota bisher immer sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus, bei dem man auf der Terrasse im Hinterhof rundum sehr eingeengt ist. Beim Grillen (am gemauerten Grill) steht man, wenn der Nachbar gegenüber gleichzeitig grillt, knapp 1 Meter voneinander entfernt, mit vollem Blickkontakt über eine kleine Mauer. Als 'Möbel für den Gartenbereich' stehen ein riesiger Plastiktisch und ein Dutzend einfacher Stapelstühle aus Plastik (Sitzauflagen Fehlanzeige) zur Verfügung. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit eines entspannten Sitzens, nicht mal eine einfache Gartenliege ist vorhanden, eine vorhandene Markise ist viel zu klein, Sonnenschirme sind nicht vorhanden. Hierzu wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Luxusausstattung nicht in der Beschreibung für den Garten angegeben und somit nicht Bestandteil des Vertrages sei. Da wir mit nur vier Erwachsenen angereist sind wurde uns kurzerhand und ohne weitere Rückfragen ein komplettes Schlafzimmer verschlossen, weil wir kurz zuvor auf Anfrage, ob alle Schlafzimmer benötigt würden hier nur 3 angegeben hatten in der Annahme, dass sich das auf die benötigte Bettwäsche bezog. (Der Preis ist allerdings gleich geblieben). In den Badezimmern waren alle Toilettendeckel defekt / lose, die Toilettenbrillen von unten pörös und aufgequollen. Vier Tage später wurden sie dann gegen einfachste Plastiksets ausgetauscht. Aufgrund der genannten für uns schwer wiegenden Umstände, insbesondere der nach wie vor irreführenden Angaben in der Beschreibung und des unseres Erachtens wenig Vertrauen schaffende Verhalten der Vermieterin (die wir im Übrigen nie zu Gesicht bekamen) werden wir dieses Haus bzw. bei dieser Vermieterin nicht noch einmal buchen.

Férias em família
A casa está muito bem equipada e estimada. É um pouco longe da praia mas deu pr fazer o trajecto a pé uma vez que é tudo plano. A melhorar as roupas de cama que se nota já ser MT usadas e têm o desgaste natural do tempo. A comunicação com a gestora da casa foi sp eficaz bem como com a sra do check in. Férias impecáveis em zona sossegada.

Excelente estadia
A casa é excelente, espaçosa, com 4 quartos em que 1 deles é no piso inferior onde aproveitaram a garagem e o quarto é enorme. Bom espaço exterior com chuveiro com água quente, boa churrasqueira e mesa, cadeiras e toldo tudo em excelente estado. Uma coisa muito positiva foi o proprietário autorizar o carregamento do meu veículo electrico. A unica coisa negativa são os lençóis das camas que apesar de estarem super limpas são muito velhas, não condizem com o tamanho das camas e algumas têm nódoas que já não saiem com lavagens, um pequeno pormenor que em nada beliscou a estadia. Última coisa a morada não corresponde á casa que fica a 1,5km da praia .

Encontram todas as condições para desfrutar de bons momentos. A caminhada até à praia não é difícil de fazer. Uma experiência a repetir.

Casa buena pero falta de limpieza y no está preparada para ola de calor
La casa en general está bien, las habitaciones de de arriba amplias y bien ventiladas. La habitación de planta baja está muy mal ventilada por lo que hace bastante calor. La casa no dispone de ventiladores ni climatización por lo que en caso de mucho calor es insoportable. La limpieza muy cortita, tuvimos una plaga de hromigas y varias cucarachas. La playa es necesario coche.

Casa de férias acolhedora, com bastante espaço para estacionamento exterior, com condições indispensáveis para o dia a dia. O único menos é estar um pouco afastada das praias tendo que se usar carro para ir para as mesmas.
