"This hotel met my high standards for location, amenities, cleanliness, and staff professionalism. The location is away from the clutter of the high tourist areas, and is near the upscale neighborhoods. There are many cafes and local eateries nearby, which makes the overall stay dynamic every day. The main avenue in front of the hotel is a major street artery to most major institutions and businesses. A block away from the hotel is a metro subway stop that links to downtown, the bay, and the main train station. The staff was very friendly and bilingual (English and Spanish). "

"The hotel is located right above the train station with convenient access to taxi, bus and train. Hop-on-hop-off stops outside the hotel. The staff is very attentive all in all it turned out to be a very pleasant stay. "

Only negative was the walls were paper thin and we could hear loud music and phone going off in other rooms. Otherwise a lovely hotel and would definitely go back. "
