Location & Accessibility
Alpine Ridge offers the perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to top attractions. A semi-steep gravel road leads to this peaceful haven. While AWD/4WD is recommended in winter for snow or ice and helpful in warmer months, it’s not required. The road is a one-way loop, making navigation straightforward.

Mountain getaway!
We had a great short trip to the mountains! Our kids loved playing in the snow on. The side and back yard. It’s a great house with lots of space for everyone. Our kids particularly enjoyed the garage hangout area.

The property is quaint and stocked with everything you might need for a trip to the mountains. My husband and kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room. It snowed while we were there and the views were amazing. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Family High Country Getaway
This house and the location were a perfect choice for my family to getaway for a few days and enjoy the NC mountains. My wife, two adult daughters/husbands and 2 grandchildren (and Miniature Golden Doodle) stayed at Alpine Ridge of Boone and enjoyed the Mass General Store, Linville Caverns, Wiseman's View, Tweetsie RR, Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock and Boone. We enjoyed eating at Dan'l Boone Inn, The Peddlin' Pig, Mellow Mushroom and The Viscous Biscuit. This location was great and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked, toiletries, cleaning supplies, snacks and a great coffee station were an added plus. The game room is impressive and there was plenty of room for our family. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Great house - we will reserve this house again in the future.

Best girls weekend
We had our first annual girls weekend and this property could not have been better! The kids had so much fun in the game room, we all slept like babies, saw deer in the yard, and made the best memories! Keson was great with communication and we will definitely be staying in the future. The house was clean and they definitely want you to enjoy your stay with the amenities.It is also in a great location, close to everything but you also feel like you have your own little slice of heaven. Special family getaway
My family enjoyed a beautiful, cozy weekend at Alpine Ridge! The house had everything we needed, the view from the deck was lovely, and the game room was a lot of fun. We enjoyed using the fire pit and making s'mores and rocking on the porch. We even saw a bear, a few deer, and many birds.

Perfect for Family/Friends Trip
This place was even better than the pictures. The house was well maintained and decorated super cute. We celebrated my daughter’s 14th birthday with family and friends. The kids LOVED the garage, game room, and the slope down to the fire pit. This is a great central location to access Boone, Linville, Blowing Rock and all the other towns. Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. This is a comfortable house and easy for us to separate or join together in a room to visit, watch TV or eat. We loved all the wildlife we saw every day. It rained every afternoon, so we went out every morning and came back in the early afternoon and enjoyed our interests.

Tucked Away Mountain Retreat
We spent a long weekend here and wished we could have extended our trip! The layout of the house is perfect for families of all ages. We have three children (2, 9, 11) and everyone was able to spread out comfortably. The game room was perfect to unwind after busy days exploring Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain and Tweetsie Railroad. There are several restaurants nearby but we preferred to stay in and make use of the fully equipped kitchen. Great cabin with very tranquil location tucked away on a hillside!

We had a great stay at Alpine Ridge. Everything in the house was as listed. The game rooms were great for the whole family (plenty of games for everyone). The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were a perfect size. We will defiantly be back.

This rental is full of unique character and every detail was well thought-out. Keson checked in with us, and promptly responded to our messages throughout our stay. This house is perfect for families - everyone was entertained! The location was very convenient to town, but nestled on the mountainside, allowing for a nice view with plenty of privacy. We also loved that every bedroom (except kids room) had a King Bed. We’ll definitely be booking again, and will be recommending to our family/friends.
