"We actually walked to the property from the Catania bus station. This location is near bars, sex shop etc. I would it was unsafe but it also didn't feel very safe either because all the bars it's surrounded by. The office is located on the send floor which can be reached by an elevator. The staff was extremely helpful, and the hotel is located in the center of town making everything very convenient. Be aware that access is on the side of the building adjacent to a parking lot through 2 locked metal gates and you must be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs as the elevator starts on floor 1.
