Da uns fehlerhafte Informationen zu der erforderlichen Kontaktperson und zur Schlüsselübergabe vorlagen, waren wir auf telefonische Unterstützung angewiesen. Diese war von FEWO aber nicht zu haben, sondern wir wurden mit einem Callcenter in England verbunden, in den niemand Spanisch oder Deutsch sprach. Als wir dann die lokalen Vermieter...
