"The cabin behind us their bed backs up to the wall of our bedroom. All “things” done in that room is heard loudly in the other room. Normally not a problem. But this stay it was almost all night and multiple times. Hard to sleep through all that banging and loudly screaming for God. "

"Right on the main drag through Salida so convenient. Room was nice. We heard our neighbors a bit more than in some hotels but it was a weekend. "To be clear, it is entirely likely we will stay here again. Please keep that in mind as you read. I'm not sure why this property is rated 8.8. It is a solid 6. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hard to operate as the temp control did not work. No big deal. My wife had a bit of trouble with a dog allergy as it appears pets are allowed in every room. An open window fixed this. The outside of the property is a bit run down. Hand rails for stairs are too low, missing or coming out...

"This is a nice little condo just minutes from Monarch Ski area. Gigi was really nice and her communication was great. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the sofa cushions need to be replaced. It was really uncomfortable to sit on the couch for any period of time. If that was fixed then we'd recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay near Monarch Mountain. "
