"We booked this house last minute for our fall break trip. It was great for so many reasons!! They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Drew the owner was very communicative and friendly. "

"Beautiful patio, great location (we only needed a car for adventures out of town), and the house had everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach. Our young adult children loved it. "

"Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience!"

"We recently stayed at this charming spot and overall, it was a great experience! While the place has an older vibe, it’s incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The outdoor setting is truly a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The only downside was the lack of a few essential kitchen supplies, which made cooking a bit tricky at times. If they could address that, it would elevate the stay even more. However, I would definitely recommend this...
