"Super easy and welcoming hotel. We didn’t realize but if you call head, they will arrange a car from Rome airport FCO. We spent an hour waiting to get a cab at the airport so well worth it to book ahead. This about 5-10 minute drive to the cruise ships too and they will arrange a car ahead 15€ pp. You need to do that a day ahead. We did at check-in. "

"Bahia del sole was under renovation, they accommodated us at the sister property Mercure Hotel. That was a bit more updated. We had a great balcony view that overlooked the docks. Beautiful property, friendly staff as well. Very convenient. Taxi from port to hotel was reasonable."

"La Casa sul Mare is a small B&B, book early so you don’t miss out. They treat you like family from the time you book your stay until the owner brings your luggage to the awaiting taxi. He will make transportation for you, dinner reservations and he knows where to go for a good meal. His mom makes a pistachio cake that you would die for, you have to try it. I cannot say anything bad about our stay prior to our cruise. You can see why they get such a high rating on all sites."
