"We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. "The house and garden exceeded all our expectations. We loved the photos and description in the listing, which is why we chose it, but the reality was so much better. On arrival, Guglielmo and Luca met us to show us around the house and garden and give us important information. Several times during the holiday, they checked in on us by message, and offered recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They were the perfect hosts. "We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"This is a special place. We stayed here with some of our extended family to explore Abruzzo. The house is beautifully sited with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. The town is charming and its beaches are quite fine. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended."

"Struttura consigliatissima, ben tenuta, attrezzata, posizionata a 50 passi dalla cala turchino, proprietario disponibilissimo. A 3 minuti di macchina c'è ampia scelta per mangiare a prezzi giusti. Consigliamo "Trattoria la casereccia" e gelateria " Copa dè dora". Affittando una bicicletta o un risciò potrete fare anche una bella passeggiata lungo la costa dei trabocchi ed ammirare i bei panorami. Alla prossima volta!!! "

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"
