"Great property and staff"

"If you are looking for the experience of an American hotel in Italy, this is for you! It was our last stay after traveling and staying at several Airbnbs and hotels in northern Italy. Rooms and common were beautiful and very nicely decorated. A/C was excellent (not always the case in other places we stayed). The hotel is located in an industrial-ish area. We stayed there the last two days of our vacation because it was fairly close to the airport. There is free covered onsite parking which...

"The halls are seriously dark and feel unsafe. The restaurant hours are terrible. The staff was not helpful and the rooms are not well kept: things are falling apart, one of the windows didn't work and there was saran wrap over the smoke detector. Seriously bad vibe all around. "
