"We had a super 2 weeks in this villa. Giuseppe is a brilliant host. From day 1 communication was helpful and prompt. All information was passed on at the relevant point. He could not have been better. The villa is really well-equipped and comfortable. The pool was a real boon when the weather was hot and was well maintained and cleaned every few days. The villa was easy to find and was well placed to access a lot of local sites. Thank you, Giuseppe for a fantastic holiday."

"A really lovely family run hotel in a good location. Close to beach, restaurants and bars. Food in the restaurant was brilliant so we ate there every night. Breakfast was good too. Quiet and relaxing just what we needed. We had a very comfortable room which was well equipped and balcony and sea view for 4 nights and decided to stay on for a further 3 nights All members of the family were pleasant and very helpful..Nothing too much trouble at all. "Property has a spectacular view but that was about all it had. It was very run down and dirty and most stuff was broken. This could be a great rental but not at this moment. The owner was very food and relocated us thankfully. Be aware we attempted to reach out to VRBO but they were no help, we will use someone else next time as we wasted days try to sort out this issue."

"Well, to start off we are American (65) and I sometime my expectations are higher than they should be. First off was the private gate, you had to exit the car to enter a code to open the gate. You also had to exit the car to enter a code to leave but the code box was at ground level. When it rained you had no choice but get wet. The driveway was on a steep slope also. "Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min....

"A very dirty approach to the apartment, litter on the street and in front of the apartment. Garbage everywhere. We were somewhat surprised as the photo on his web page shows one of the lovely old streets in the old part of town. The apartment itself was pretty grim. On a bright note our host was very kind and came to find us as we were lost and led us to the apartment. We left a day early. We would not recommend."

We were treated with a bottle of wine & pasties for my birthday then thry brought us croissants & cantaloupe on our last day for breakfast. 100% recommend can not fault the property. They even have an adapter fron uk to italian for you to use. Lovely restaurant near the sea and close by... "

"Very clean room with a private balcony. The owner was wonderful and so helpful. For breakfast, he served us delicious breads and pastries from a local bakery. It's a peculiar building, but once you're inside his hotel area, it very comfortable and pleasant. The bed was comfortable too."

Beautiful, peaceful retreat with a fabulous host

"This was a magical place and definitely worth a visit. After visiting Palermo this was the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Our host was absolutely wonderful - he greeted us outside, brought our luggage up to the room and promptly offered us cappuccinos with fresh home-made cookies that he then brought up to our room and set it up on the balcony so we could enjoy the views. He provided tour guides/maps and recommended local restaurants and even called to make a last minute reservation for us for dinner. The house is gorgeous and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean with the best variety of toiletries we had on our whole tour of Sicily. Our balcony and view was incredible. Our breakfast each day was fabulous with fresh local cheeses, meats and a variety of homemade jams and freshly baked bread and warm torta. Our host was lovely and I wish we could have stayed there forever. "
