"Really nice. Really nice, if you only want to stay at their place. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity. You need anything? They have no “store”. Asprin? Nope. Sunblock or sunscreen? Nope. That’s an Uber ride . The staff was exceptional. The rooms were ok. Lots of mold on the lamp shades. Sure it means nothing, but does it? Does it really? A 5 star hotel with moldy lamp shades. "Wonderful front staff and management. No complaints there at all. Only an issue with the shower drainage (it did not drain and the floor stayed saturated and flooded). Once reported, the maintenance tried to say it was user error but I have stayed in a different unit before with no problem. I hope it gets resolved."

The host and cleaner we had brilliant communication with throughout and even was ok with myself and my partner viewing the villa at the start of the year. "Lovely apartment in the old town. Hidden away. Historic building but apartment was modern. Very comfortable. Only problem was when we stayed the actual apartment had wifi problems and unfortunately in the five days we were there couldnt be fixed. . Francis the contact for the apartment did keep us up to date."
