"Hotel stay was average. Breakfast was a little above average - decent selection with a few hot items like vegetables. Beverage/coffee/tea area was continually very congested. Though. Pros of staying here: great location, parking easy, quiet. 1 star taken off because of breakfast, staff was neutral in terms of friendliness and approachability, and room comfort (average)."

"La chambre impeccable. Très simple spacieuse et ultra propre.Petit problème dans la salle de bains. Le tuyau de douche était en mauvais état. Je pense qu il faudrait le réparer rapidement avant qu il ne se casse complètement. "A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"

"Lovely quiet county retreat. The staff were so nice and food delicious. Wonderful area for hiking but note that wooded walks only straight from the hotel. Only a short drive to get to more open hiking. Great towns nearby too."

"Nice room in old building, a/c just about coped with 38c outside. Decent breakfast and reasonably priced dinner (onsite restaurant was not open when we stayed). Location is ok but it was a drive or bus to get into the city. The nice Salburua nature reserve can be accessed close by with good walking/birding and cycling. "

"Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast! "

The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting with the planning of our daily activities. Would definitely return. "

"Great location.Perfect for convenience in Vittoria. We used a parking garage in town, 10 mins walk away Everything needed is provided although we didn't have information for extra bedding for the sofa bed. Not a major issue and we did get help quickly. Not the most comfortable seating if you spend a long time in the apartment, we didn't as we did a lot of day trips. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed. "
