Cozy holiday home just a few meters from the sea

The cozy little row house is ideal for families with children, but couples also feel comfortable here. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen has a fireplace and a sofa. Three steps lead to the bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. It is approx. 50 meters to the sea and approx. 400 m to the sandy beach. The spacious terrace invites you to breakfast in the morning.
Dinner is quickly grilled on the barbeque, or the bistro, pizzerias and restaurants, all within walking distance in a few minutes, invite you to dinner. A small bakery is open during the holiday season and can also be reached in a few minutes. The supermarket on the camping site in the holiday complex (approx. 800 meters) offers you further shopping possibilities. There is a small supermarket. Also in Villaputzu, Muravera or San Vito, 7 km away. A car is required.
The complex offers a swimming pool, fitness room, tennis football and mini golf (to be booked separately with a club card on site).

Bon séjour
Avons passé une bonne semaine. Location agréable. Tout ce qu'il faut. Location à côté d'une plage, pas une des plus belles de la Sardaigne mais agréable tout de même. En septembre, la plupart des commerces étaient fermés. Obligé d'avoir une voiture. Petit bémol, la dernière heure avant de partir, un courant d'air à casser la vitre de la chambre. L'assurance du propriétaire n'a pas fonctionné. TRÈS TRÈS déçu. Donc 150 euros de ma caution non remboursée. Bien lire le contrat de location, 50 euros pour l'électricité car le compteur n'a pas été relevé au moment de la location. Donc nous n'avons pas récupéré notre caution de 200 euros.

Wohnung ist sauber und gut wie auch die Umgebung.
Werde sicher wieder einmal kommen Wetter Wasser alles super die Ordnung und Sauberkeit wird geschätzt. Die Menschen sind hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Werbebilder versprechen einem nicht zu viel.
