"The place is great!! The view is absolutely amazing! Theres public stairs to the beach right up the street a few houses. Kind of hidden but right next to a house. The location is great in a quiet area and walkable to a lot of places. So affordable too. Its not a fancy place, but thats not what i look for, i was looking for a great view at a great price:) The communication was great, any questions or problems that came up were addressed right away. Im definitely staying here again!!"

"The house is very nice but did have issues. No hot water in upstairs shower, no heat from unit in upstairs bedroom. Pet friendly but yard is not secure (I should have asked about this). Very noisy neighborhood, especially neighbors dog. Never received wifi password after asking multiple times."
