Beautiful 3 BR Home With Views Of The Bay!
This is the perfect home for your next vacation!
Excellent 3 story home with nice open floor plan and vaulted
ceilings with outstanding views of the bay. Come relax and
unwind on the deck as you watch the playful dolphins,
unique area birds and some of the most amazing sunsets on
the east coast. Beach access is just steps away!
Cape May is just minutes away to enjoy the ocean, superb
restaurants, shopping and many other area attractions.
We accept one well behaved dog with prior approval at an additional $50 per day.
Sheets and towels are provided. No need to drag linens; you're on vacation!
The space:
The house has 3 levels and is sparkling clean!
Ground Level: Driveway, outside shower, laundry area and
family room with ping pong table and games.
First Floor: Master bedroom with king bed, full bath plus
large deck to enjoy your morning coffee . Middle room has a
comfy queen bed with a (Jack & Jill) bathroom connecting
to the back bedroom suite. This suite has 2 twin beds, a
futon to watch tv/movies and a sink with vanity. Sliding
doors out to a small deck area to catch the evening breeze.
Top Floor: Best views in the house!! Big open living room
with sectional sofa and a smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen
with everything you need to prepare meals, half bath plus
fantastic deck with table and chair set as well as other
outdoor furniture to enjoy the most amazing views of the bay
and sunsets.
Note: If you have a pet please report it on the number of travelers
and mark the check box: I am traveling with pets and there will
be an additional $50 a night pet fee.

This property was perfect for our family. We had an amazing unobstructed view each night of the sunset. We saw dolfins swimming off of the shore twice a day from the deck. The location was quiet but within an easy 20 minute drive to main attractions. We plan on coming back again!

Perfect spot for a USCG boot camp graduation celebration.
Beautiful. Well decorated. Very responsive owners live right around the corner. We visited in January for our son’s graduation from coast guard boot. And we got to see some snow on the bay. Lovely spot. Please consider and relax.

Beautiful house
The house was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed spending time on the upper deck where we got to take in the beauty of the bay and amazing sunsets. The beach was just a few steps away. To get to Wildwood or Cape May was about 15 minute drive. There is a great play room downstairs that unfortunately we didn’t get to use however we will definitely be using it next time.

A serene escape
We loved the location, right next to the bay, where we could experience stunning sunsets and the sound of the ocean at dinner. The house has beautiful bedrooms and a great commons space upstairs where the kids could play while the adults cooked dinner or played cards on the balcony. It’s a short drive to the Cape May County Zoo (highly recommended!). We would love to stay there again.

This is a roomy, bright, spacious house. It worked perfectly for my family. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the owners let us access beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards - very much appreciated. Great location right across from the beach.

Great house with a beautiful view of the bay
We had an great time celebrating my daughter's 13th birthday at Sea Breeze in June, 2023. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Delaware Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunset while exploring the beach each evening. There is a lot of wildlife, including horseshoe and ghost crabs. The house itself was very clean. The pictures are an accurate representation. The master bedroom has beautiful views of the bay, and my kids (now 8, 13 yrs) enjoyed the kid "suite," the largest bedroom in the house. "It was really big and had a TV, and had its own sink and sky windows," as reviewed by 8 year old. The house was also stocked with most of the necessities we needed. It sounds silly, but this is the first beach house we've stayed at that already had toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, hand soap, etc., and it was appreciated. The house is a 15-20 minute drive from most of Cape May, and we enjoyed the public beach there as well. We also explored the Cape May Lighthouse and took a tour of Emlen Physick house, both which I recommend. Overall it was a fun weekend and great experience!

Beautiful Home & Spotlessly Clean!
This is a lovely home! The floor plan is excellent and offers an amazing well stocked kitchen, large breakfast bar and seating for a large family at the table. The kitchen is open to the family room with a lovely view of the bay and several sliding glass doors open onto the large wrap around deck that is ideal for morning coffee or watching the sun sets! I loved having the large pantry for groceries and a nearby powder room on this level! The middle floor has an amazing Master Suite with a private bath that opens onto another, shaded deck and easy access to the fenced front yard. The large vaulted bedroom with twin beds, a futon has a separate sink was ideal for the grandkids! The 2 guest bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath and both bedrooms have their own TV. The well lighted basement was a fun hang-out for the kids with it's own TV, pool table and more in addition to a full sized washer & dryer. I also need to say that as a Realtor, that this home is very well managed! We found a leak under the kitchen sink on day one and Anthony was there in under 15 minutes to address the issue! He was very professional and kept us informed on the status and timeline for the repair. The housekeepers should also be complimented as this home is very clean! The only suggestion I could offer would be that lightweight blankets be provided in zippered blanket bags be offered, as an option, as the air conditioner really cools off the house quite nicely! I am sure you will enjoy this home as we did

Loved the home, especially the porches and the huge well equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi strength was outstanding and streaming services were active. The location worked for us, we went to the beach in Cape May and also in Wildwood. Everything we needed was there and we would stay again.

Great views, fabulous home!
We were all very impressed with the style, decorating and perfect maintenance! It was just what we were looking for, for our family reunion and for access to the Birding Festival. The upstairs “great room” with kitchen and living room looking out to the ocean was awesome! We were also pleasantly surprised with the downstairs family room with ping pong and pool table! The only thing I would suggest is to add two fold out luggage valets or perhaps a foot locker at the base of the bed in the master, as the closet was locked for owner use.
