Sono stato in questa struttura la settimana scorsa Mi sono trovato molto bene vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Campulongu si può raggiungere anche a piedi Vicino anche a tutte le altre spiagge molto vicino al centro con la macchina ci vogliono 5 minuti Consiglio questa struttura

Tutto perfetto come da descrizione
La villetta è in posizione strategica, in 5 minuti si raggounge a piefi la splendida spiaggia di Campulongu. Personalmente andrebbe "rinfrescata" negli infissi e qualche altro particolare, aspetti che je comunque non hanno minimamente influenzato la bellissima esperienza. Un saluto a Jacopo.... Wir hatten eine schöne Unterkunft nur 5 min vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 davon haben gute Matratzen. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da die Lage sehr gut ist und der Preis wirklich günstig. Der Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Bella villetta a due passi dalla spiaggia di Campolongu, una delle più belle della zona. La struttura è un po' datata ma provvista di ogni confort dalla lavatrice, aria condizionata, doppio frigorifero e giardino. La zona è fantastica e ogni giorno ci lasci il cuore. Jacopo host disponibile e super presente.

vacanza al sole - nel acqua limpida dal mare sarda
venendo da un paese dove si parla di montagna , neve , escursionismo e veramente un piacere e privilegio di vivere in torno al mare e a Villasimius si parla che di mare , aqua del mare, spiaggie, snorkling and so on. Per noi rimane un ricordo molto forte vol dire che abbiamo bisogno di questo cambiamento estivale. er per questo che rimaniamo fedele al mare mediterraneo. Grazie a te Jacopo per la tua accoglienza nella tua villetta dove abiamo passato 15 giorni di vere vacanze. a rifare senza "retro pensieri". Arrivederci...

Bellissima villetta vicina alle principali spiagge di Villasimius
Conosciamo ormai da anni la zona di Villasimius, quest'anno abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in una splendida villetta a due passi dalla spiaggia di Campolongu una delle spiagge principali di Villasimius. Dalla nostra posizione erano facilmente raggiungibili anche la spiaggia del riso e comunque a pochi minuti dalle altre spiagge (Simius, Porto Giunco, Cala Caterina, ecc.). L'abitazione, seppur un po' datata, era provvista di ogni comodità, dalla tv all'aria condizionata, dal barbecue alla lavatrice. Addirittura doppio frigorifero e già presenti in loco ombrelloni e lettino. Altra grande comodità uno stupendo giardino dovere riposarsi o mangiare all'ombra durante le ore più calde. Ciliegina sulla torta: un terrazzino da cui godere di una vista eccezionale. Con il proprietario abbiamo avuto più contatti telefonici, è sempre stato presente nel caso ci fossero stati problemi (fortunatamente no) e soprattutto ci ha consigliato luoghi da visitare e locali da frequentare, una persona molto gentile e preparata. Speriamo di poter essere ospitati anche i prossimi anni in questa meravigliosa struttura! A presto.

Clean and nice house, nice garden

SEMPLICEMENTE FANTASTICO
Siamo appena rientrati da una vacanza di di 2 settimane nella splendida Sardegna. La villetta dove abbiamo soggiornato era bellissima, con un lussureggiante giardino, ovviamente molto fresco.Eravamo vicinissimi alla spiaggia, e a pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungeva il centro di Villasimius dove si potevano trovare tutti i negozi, bar, ristoranti .... Devo rivolgere un elogio a Jacopo (il proprietario) un ragazzo veramente gentile e disponibile.

Maison fonctionnelle et pratique (douche extérieure, grand évier extérieur, barbecue, terrasse bien ombragée, climatisation) dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille (sur le jardin de devant on entend un peu le bruit des voitures). Accès rapide à la magnifique plage de Campolongu par chemins piétons dans la pinède. Commerces à 5 min en voiture. Propriétaire chaleureux, très accueillant.

Très agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, disponibles, vraiment accueillants. Le jardin est charmant, une petite terrasse au soleil. Durant ces fêtes de Pâques, nous avons profité du calme dans le lotissement et avions la plage, sublime, quasiment pour nous seuls. A recommander chaudement. A noter que pour les locations hors saison, la cheminée n'est pas utilisable (il y a une grande tv dedans).

"tres bon accueil des propriétaires et agréable surprise de trouver une ravissante maison dans un joli jardin.Très belle plage juste derrière des dunes de pins et lotissement très soigné et très calme.emplacement parfait pour découvrir la merveilleuse cote riches de plages!Rien à dire sur la propreté impeccable...quelques petits manques au niveau de l''équipement cuisine mais insignifiants par rapport au reste.Ensemble plus que satisfaisant!"

Lovely holiday house with...
Lovely holiday house with a beautiful garden in a very nice and quiet surrounding very close to the beach. The house is very clean, and has everything you need for a perfect holiday! The owner is very friendly, kind and welcoming. We had a fantastic holiday there and can not wait to return! I would recommend the house for everyone!
