"En las fotos aparece un hotel diferent al que te envian con el mismo precio de la reserva. Nunca había visto un hotel que no incluye desayuno. Habíamos marcado la opción de cama doble para matrimonio y nos dan dos camas separadas una alado de la otra de muy mala calidad y los muelles hacen mas ruido que un tractor. "The hotel is situated in a perfect position when driving from the top to the bottom of Spain. However, although the rooms are clean they are very ‘tired’ and require some work.on this occasion we stayed in a different part of the hotel and the neighbours were very noisy, haven’t suffered from this problem before and have stayed many times."

One night in Aranda de Douro

"Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Aranda de Douro is a nice little town with a pedestrianised centre full of shops bars and restaurants. Place was buzzing when I stayed, and the hotel is right next to the pedestrian bit so you don't have to go looking for it. Suggest you ask about parking if you're going to stay. Only down side was the roadworks, but they're not going to last forever"

Fantastic hotel

"The hotel is an old castle high up above the valley - how fantastic is that? Wonderful character with plenty to wander around and explore. We would have enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace had the weather been a bit warmer but we enjoyed looking around the hotel and relaxing with a drink in the main central room. There was no bar as such but drinks were available from reception and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Good service throughout our stay."

"Comfortable accommodation. Breakfast good, but this is the third consecutive time we have stayed out of many and the restaurant has been closed. A pity! I know there are eating places a very short distance but in the rain and when you’ve had a long journey it’s nice to have a hotel with restaurant."

"Good location for travelling to/from Santander ferry, dog friendly too.Reasonable menu del dia, one very hard pillow on the bed is very un comfortable, really need a softer one aswell.No spare in wardrobe . Did not have a good sleep after our long drive. Take your own teabags, theirs are awful."
