"We had a fantastic week staying at the gite. We were a party of 8 and we had plenty of room - having two separate houses also worked really well for us. The pool is lovely - a great size, clean, heated and in a lovely setting. The location is beautiful, in the grounds of the chateau, and we enjoyed eating at the large table outside under the tree. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - thank you! In terms of eating out, we had a really delicious meal at the restaurant Aux Trois Pastoureaux...

"The house was great, had all the comforts of home, a great yard with fig and peach trees, lots of Rose trees, that we have not seen and we are gardeners, a dock to sit on watch the river Le Loir flow, the host was awesome showed us the ins and out, took us to the local supermarket to stock up for our stay."

"This property represents value for money, and provides much space for a family of six. The pool, and having a town within walking distance, made for a pleasant stay. The terrace area, and living area, are great spaces, and the views over the town memorable. Whilst the owner was able to respond to requests ie for additional towels it would have been helpful to have some written information about the house such as arrangements for recycling and how to keep the pool clean. We were disappointed...

"We stayed at Valerie’s beautiful Gite for a week in August, 7 of us in total, 4 adults, 2 young children and one toddler. The Gite is beautiful with a modern interior and a fresh airy feel - lovely garden and the perfect sized swimming pool for the children to stay safe. Lestiou is a quiet rural village with a nice snack bar just down the road and a car is essential for a stay here. Although the Nuclear power station is visible this didn’t impact our enjoyment. "Très chouette endroit... Tranquille mais pas trop loin de pas mal d'endroits à visiter. Gîte très propre et accueil fort sympa par Florence qui avait prévu des petits biscuits régionaux pour l'occasion. Florence est d'ailleurs très disponible et de bons conseils. On a profité d'une bonne dizaines de jours pour se détendre... Et tout s'est passé à merveille. Il ne faut pas hésiter à aller dans ce gîte ;)"

"The Odalys was perfectly situated for our stay as we were based at the ice rink which is only 1 street away. The room was pleasant, the bed relatively comfortable although only one pillow each. The self catering facilities were adequate for our needs, however there was only one drinking glass and the table was very wobbly. Overall it was good, and was what we expected for the price: no frills, clean accommodation."
