"Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

"Though this may be a little out of the way, this is a wonderful place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located by the bus stop. "The chalet is beautiful, clean and modern! The location is remote with a gorgeous view! In the summer You can walk 20 min to the Relais, a great place for kids, playground, animals, restaurant and a view . The only thing missing is an outdoor terrace in the summer. The check in was a pain as we were given a number but that number is not in use during check in day and instead a voice recording and new number in french. "Thomas is an amazing host, as from the get go he was very responsive & helpful with any queries. The Chalet Barbara is a truly magical place and the family history attached to it makes is even more special! The hike up there is a bit of a challenge with luggage if you are on foot, as we had to climb during very heavy rain - but the views certainly makes it all worth it. Stay here if you get the chance - you are sure to love it! :) "
