The check-in and chekout is so easy, the facilities are really nice, simple but modern. Stop with this pseudo high tech nonsense... Keep true and competent human beings at the reception. Your system doesn't work and is a true waste of time. The bed where I was was far from perfect. Everywhere, the impression that The Hotel is cutting costs (except those of our stays of course)!!! Unpleasant. ...
