"Watching the morning sunrises was my favorite. There was a lot of wildlife like a blue tailed skink, many frogs and birds. There was a lot of detritus in the water so we didn't swim much. Overall we really loved our stay."

"Location. Location. Location.This home is truly special, offering a serene waterfall and pond literally right next to it and it feels as if they are all yours. The main patio and interior are incredibly spacious, perfect for enjoying the views and making lasting priceless memories."

"We stayed at the Silo with my husband and 3 girls over the 4th of July holiday. I have to tell you that if you are looking for a fun experience you have to give this place a shot! The inside of this place is adorable and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. Air conditioning was AMAZING which is a huge win for me. The grounds are beautiful and Tasha our host was a pleasure to work with. Anytime that I had a question she was very prompt to respond. We will for sure stay here again the next time that we are in town. "

"We really enjoyed our visit. Loved being able to go out on a boat, fish in the various ponds on the property and have a community pool that we could easily walk to. Quiet roads for morning walks. This was our second time staying in this neighborhood for a family vacation, our first time staying at this particular house. We had a few problems the first day and the communication with the host was a 10 out of 10!Keep in mind, the layout of the house does not allow for much privacy. My husband and I took our kids and grandkids on this trip. We stayed in the lower level bedroom. Anyone wanting to go out to the large conversation area (great for games, morning coffee watching the sunrise or a nap on the hanging bed’s) had to go through our bedroom to get there. If you’re staying in the bunk room on the 4th floor, you have to climb a ladder or go through the adjoining bedroom to get there. Just something to keep in mind if privacy is what you’re looking for or a quiet room for littles to nap.Great family vacation spent on Grand Lake!"
