Unique mediterranean stone house with pool

If you are looking for a special and unique holiday, the Mediterranean stone house "Ana" is the right one for you. Here you have a view of the western part of the Vinodol Mountains and the sea between Crikvenica and the island of Krk. The seaside resort of Crikvenica is 10 minutes away (by car). Very interesting and special location for cyclists (bike tour that connects mountains and sea!) One of our guests wrote in review: " An exceptional house with Mediterranean soul , " Terrace with a pool in the shade of the vine offers perfect relaxation. The house is surrounded by a high stone wall, so you can enjoy in your peace and privacy. On the ground floor there are living room, kitchen ,dining room and laundry. On the 1st floor are 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and a small kitchen . The house is furnished with antique furniture. Parking at the property.

1st vacation in a long time and totally worth it!
We (2 persons, 1 Chihuahua) had a beautiful and pleasant time here, everything was tidy and besides filling the fridge we had nothing to do, every needed thing to start your holiday was there. Navigation help (in german ;) ) was provided by Martina and Sinisa and via whatsapp we had constant contact and could ask anytime. Sinisa was even there for watering plants on the premises and helped when some electrical problems occured after some outage in the region in a distribution point. We enjoyed the stay very much and we are looking forward for the next stay here when we are in the region :) . 5* all the way, well deserved

Toller, ruhiger Rückzugsort
Etwas außerhalb von Crikvenica gelegener, kleiner Ort am Hang. Sehr ruhig, nahezu kein Autoverkehr. Super geeignet zum Abhängen am Pool, als Basis für Ausflüge ins Landesinnere oder zum Strand. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool wird etwa alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Das ist dann auch eine gute Gelegenheit, um Fragen oder Tips zur Umgebung zu bekommen. Sinisa ist sehr charmant. Es gibt 4 Zimmer, alle mit einem Doppelbett, drei davon mit einer Klimaanlage (die vierte stand bei unserer Abreise schon in der Garage). Weiterhin gibt es zwei Bäder, zwei Küchen und ein Wohnzimmer. Der Vermieter zeigte sich auch super flexibel, was unsere Anreisezeit angeht, da wir deutlich vor der geplanten Uhrzeit da waren (hier nochmals Danke! :-) ). Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Schön idyllisch
Das Ferienhaus ist schön abseits vom Tourismus gelegen . Man kann selbst entscheiden wann man einfach ins Nachtleben einer kleinen Hafenstadt eintauchen will. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gepflegt und ist mit 1,6 m schön tief .

Wunderschönens mediterranes Ferienhaus
Es war absolut traumhaft! Wir wurden herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Im Haus waren überall frische Blumen. Eine kleine Grundversorgung war für uns vorbereitet. Super herzlich. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefüllt. In Kombination mit dem Pool hat man gar kein Bedürfnis runter zum Strand zu fahren. 5 Sterne!!! Wir kommen wieder. ;-)

Wir hatten eine abenteuerliche, steile Anfahrt, um dann bei heißen Temperaturen die Vorzüge eines eigenen Pools und dem dickwandigen Steinhaus zu genießen. Ein Schlafraum ist klimatisiert, der andere nicht (bei durchgängig über 32Grad kann das sehr warm werden). In der Küche war da der Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelautimatik ein weiteres Highlight. Kleine tierische Besucher (Ameisen, Spinnen, Nachbars Katze) sollten einen nicht sehr stören. Der Besitzer des Hauses kommt regelmäßig und teils auch unangekündigt vorbei, um zum Beispiel den Pool zu checken. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren top sauber, ausreichend vorhanden und auch die Küche war super ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Crikvenica ist schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Radeln mit Kindern fanden wir jetzt nicht geeignet. Aber zum Baden gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Eine Wanderung zum Kastell Grizane ist zum Beispiel in der Nähe möglich. In Grizane gibt es auch einen Konsum mit allen Notwendigkeiten. Schmale Straßen sollten allerdings nicht abschrecken.

Angenehm
sehr sauberes, ein mit Charme eingerichtet und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im halb modernen "Burg-Schlößchen-Charakter". Vermieter und Kontaktperson waren unaufdringlich, hilfsbereit und sehr angenehm in ihrer Art. Kroaten ticken besser haben wir festgestellt.

Traumhaftes Haus mit wunderschönem Hof
Wir waren begeistert von dem wunderschönen Ambiente des Hauses mit dem traumhaften Hof. Man wollte am liebsten gar nicht mehr weg. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ebenfalls super, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Charmante maison en pierre
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très charmante villa en pierre. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. La location est parfaite, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et en nombre suffisant notamment ce qui concerne les ustensiles. La villa est située dans un tout petit village au calme, situé à 5 minutes en voiture des plages et des magasins. Les propriétaires sont charmants et agréable. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine

Das Ferienhaus ist fantastisch, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist bei heißem Wetter ein absolutes Highlight und würde von uns sehr viel genutzt. Wonderful, peaceful holiday
We spent some totally relaxing days in this lovely house, which is located in the middle of nature. Since it is surrounded by a stone wall, our dogs could run free and we had our privacy. The interior of the house is cosy and it is beautifully furnished. The outdoor pool is spacious and we were glad there was one, since it was pretty hot in August. Despite the heat, it was always cool inside the house and therefore the perfect alternative to beach holidays. The owners were really nice and helpful at all times! We will certainly come back one day!

Ein Ort zum erholen! Haus Perfekt gelegt, Blik in die Natur und Stück von Meer zum sehen! Ein außergewöhnliches Haus in mediterranen Fler, sehr sauber und gepflegt!Perfekt für Erwachsene und Jugendliche .Die Küche perfekt,der große Kühlschrank mit den Eisfach, bei der Hitze sensationell 🙃😃! Schönes Ferienhaus
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett mit einer Steinwand ummauert, dadurch hat man seine Ruhe und Hunde können frei umherlaufen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus, der Hof und der Pool bieten ein schönes Ambiente.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und aufgrund des Alters etwas ganz besonderes. Es ist außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet ( großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, Pizzastein für den Grill, Aussendusche). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und haben Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.

Ein Traum
Das Ruralhaus Ana ist ein Traum, wie ein kleines verwunschenes Schloss. Sobald man den Innenhof betritt mit den wunderschönen üppigen Hortensien fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Das Haus ist sehr sauber; der Pool ein Traum und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist perfekt und unkompliziert. Manuela hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben und war immer da falls wir Fragen hatten - sie spricht auch sehr gut deutsch. Wer einen entspannten und erholsamen, ruhigen urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Durch die hohen Mauern gibt gibt es keinen Einblick 😃 wir können das Haus zu 100 % weiter empfehlen. Das war nicht das letzte mal dass wir hier waren!

Sehr schönes Haus
Etwas abseits vom Riesen Trubel eine schöne erholsame Oase! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in crikvenica. Wobei man bei dem Ambiente das Haus nur ungern verlässt. Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in einem tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus!
