"This is a very unique property. It's very spacious and the history and decor will captivate you. The unit was very clean, and it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "This property has everything you need! Quiet and safe but close to everything. It was extremely clean and well stocked in the bathroom and the kitchen. Both beds were comfortable with additional cozy blankets if needed. Lots of thoughtful fun extras, a bowl of snacks, many choices of coffee and hot cocoa in the Keurig, games and extra fans. It was a perfect place to land as we visited our Vandal for homecoming weekend. We will be back for sure!"

"Myself and my two teenage sons had a fabulous stay at the First Street Flat. Joyce and Kelly were great hosts with clear and quick communication. We appreciated the opportunity to have a late check out since other guests were not booked the day we were leaving. The flat is a block from charming Main Street and a quick drive to campus...could walk or ride bike easily. Flat had everything we needed and more...probably the best stocked VRBO I've stayed in. "We have nothing bad to say except we had to leave! This was a great place to stay for our quick trip for the UofI Homecoming weekend. Nicely stocked with snacks, a variety of hot drinks for the Keurig and a few other things to make our quick stay enjoyable. And the view cannot be beat!
