Holiday Homes in Viozene

"Communication before arrival was excellent. Marta made a video showing how to find the property and to park. We had our own spot that for our car, sheltered by Olive Trees. Marta met us and showed us around the property. It is small, neat, and very clean. We appreciated the little family touches which show the properties history. The kitchen was adequate with a good range of plates and utensils. My wife likes to cook and was happy to be able to do so. We had our own terrace, open to the sun. Wifi was adequate and allowed me to stream and use Amazon Prime Videos via HDMI on the small TV. We brought our own adaptors and just about managed with slaving off the italian to EU adaptors. There were some lovely views down the valley towards Imperia and the Mediterranean beyond. The swimming pool was quite large and also had an adjoining barbecue area that is shared with other properties. I love walking, and accompanied by my dog, we explored the local hills and tracks with a different view or point of interest around every corner. A 20 minute drive along fairly narrow roads brought us into Imperia and we made good use of the CONAD superstore which had an excellent range of local vegetables, meats and wines.We did spend a lot of time researching a suitable cottage in the area and were pleased with this choice. The little cottage was perfect for us as a couple with a dog, we appreciated the peace and quiet and the area."
