"Nice property, but when we got there they said they were overbooked so they sent us to their sister property which was the casa andinas select. They immediately had a driver ready to take us over, it wasnt far away and still a great location. They say its a 4 star hotel, but it was more a standard hotel to me. The room was spacious and clean, had complete bathroom toiletries and a nice hairdryer, full length mirror, and a fridge which i was surprised to see as i dont see this in most latin...

"It is an older hotel. Our double room was large with a nice bathroom and hot. hot water. But no heat. I did not realize heat is not offered in many hotels. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful even though the hotel was full. Located in a busy area across from a big casino it was fine."
