You will have access to the entire home.
You are 14 miles from Zions, 9 miles to Hurricane and only 27 to St. George.

This is a spacious mountain home with 3 Bedrooms, plus a family room off the Great Room and a bonus bunk-room downstairs where it's nice and cool. The large windows in the Great Room allow for plenty of light and sunshine as well as captivating views of the nearby red cliffs. The home is quiet and secluded - only 22 minutes to Zion NP or 10 Minutes to Hurricane. (Location, location, location!) This home provides easy access to nearby trails, Gooseberry Mesa, and Zion National Park, as well as to plenty of great food in Springdale.

Parking: This home allows up to 3 cars, which must all be in designated areas. There is no street level parking permitted. Trailers and RV's ARE Permitted.

Configuration:
The Master suite offers a Queen bed that sleeps 1-2 persons. This suite has a private en-suite bath with separate shower.
Guest Suite 1, located on the main floor, has a Queen bed and sleeps 1-2 persons. The bath, though not private, is located next to the suite.
Guest Suite 2, Located on the main floor, Twin size bunk beds. Sleeps 1-2 persons

Pets: All properties are non-pet, non-smoking for guests - owners may or may not have had pets on the property. If you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.

Smoking: This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes Vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.

Though the St George area has a small town feel, most venues are not in walking distance. A car is highly recommended.

This home is located near the main entrance of Zion National Park (about 9 miles)

2-4 days before arrival you will get a link to our check in instructions. Please check that your number is updated in Airbnb. If your number changes after booking, please send a message and let us know. All occupancies subject to owner approval.

If you are staying at the property on 'Trash Day' please take the trash cans (located on the side of the garage) to the curb. Take them out THURSDAY NIGHT and bring them back up FRIDAY AFTERNOON or when dumped/empty. Thanks in advance - its a long drive from St. George and I want to keep guest charges down.
