We had to do a once over ourselves. Particularly the bathrooms. There was no soap - all just filled with a bit of water at the bottom & no dishwasher tablets. Usually there's one or two. "We've stayed at The Sanctuary before, and it is a very nice beach and location. I was disappointed by the rental. The unit was not well cleaned. Carpet was dirty. Counters and tables weren't wiped down. Furniture was stained and broken. Several burnt out bulbs, smoke detectors with dead batteries, and broken items. The beds were clean and comfortable which was nice. Place needs a good cleaning and freshening up."

"Really enjoyed the location (very short walk to the beach and outdoor shower) and convenience of the unit within the building (1st floor right by the grills and pool). Plenty of space in the unit for all of us with 4 young kids. The kitchen was a little under-supplied for that many people - you pretty much have to do dishes with every meal if you’re cooking in, the dishwasher is very slow to cycle, and the washer is very loud (like you’re not sleeping with it running loud).
