1. No onsite Parking. You have to park a block away 2. If you book with a third party such as expedia, they charge you an extra $12 per night when you check in 3. Property not as pictures show, no rooftop acces as pictured to view the ocean.

Dirty, there’s hard floor so all you feel the whole time you’re there is the sand when you’re walking around, stains on curtains etc, elevator was terrible, microwave wasn’t functional, neighbors were too loud at 2am, the ac was nice and we liked that there was a balcony but we got one that was facing the city not the beach. Cleaning ladies really need to step it up really. And no breakfast included. Also, we paid $422 for this stay

This hotel's accomodations and condition were appropiate for the price. I was there a few days after Labor day. Pros: beachfront with an outdoor balcony facing the ocean, outdoor swimming pool and adequately clean. The room was spacious. I had a problem with the hot water setting, but maintenence quickly resolved the problem. Cons: bathroom a little outdated, but clean and functional, parking was free but not on premises, it was across the street and about 3/4 down the block. They did have a few unloading spots on premises so you didn't have to drag your luggage from the offsite parking lot. I read complaints about the floors being sticky, but in all honesty, I believe it was from the humid air and saltwater effects. They certainly beat musty smelling carpets. Cleanliness got an eight out of 10 because picture frames and other ledges were pretty dusty, but it didn't affect my stay, just put me off some about thier detail to attention of the overall quality of cleaning of non used areas. All in all it was a good stay and value for the beach experience. I would stay again at that same time of year because it was quiet, not over crowded and quick elevator service.

This place is a slum. That’s why it’s so cheap. No curtain over the balcony door made it very difficult to sleep because the hotel is right on the strip and there’s lots of lights, noise, action. Also, when I tried to call the front desk to ask if I could get a curtain, I realized there wasn’t a phone, even though there was a card stating which extensions to call for help. Overall, if you’re 18 and don’t give a crap where you sleep, this works as it’s right in front of the boardwalk. If you’re my age, you’d be requesting a refund for sure. Stay away!!! It’s not a good deal at all.

They gave somebody else a key to our room. We were shocked when someone just walked in. They said that the front desk assigned them our room in error. It’s very inconvenient that the parking for the hotel is a block away and the spaces are tight and limited.

The location was great. It was right on the boardwalk, with easy access to the beach and nearby parking (limited space next to the hotel) less than a block away. There were lots of things to do and places to eat without having to move the car at all. We had an ocean-view room, and waking up to the sunrise and dolphins swimming in the ocean was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was there was only one working elevator, so if you needed to use it, there could be long waits (we took the stairs often since we were only on the second level).

Parking was terrible, hotel looks like it been remodeled by the pictures but isn’t very clean or upkept. Our air conditioner was broke and the room stayed so hot the first night. But maintenance did fix it for the second night. Elevator is slow so had to keep taking the stairs. Staff was friendly. Overall a good place if looking for a quick place to stay.

The property is a good location but that is just about it. When we got into our room the TV didn't work all the finishers were old and the main one where the TV and microwave are it seems like failing a part. Inside the bathroom the shower was leaking waters. Inside the toilet they were some mosquitoes come out when we used. The curtains aren't covered all away from the balcony so at nights some light comes inside also they charge us another $24.00 feed extra when we thought that everything was paid already, because you didn't mentioned that when we makes the booking. So overall this truly was a nightmare if you consider that I was celebrating my lovely wife birthday.

I would definitely stay here again. For the price you pay to be right on the boardwalk, it's totally worth it. I should mention I'm not someone that requires anything fancy. Due to the nature of the building (concrete) I'm sure some of the mildew smell in our room was from the sweating of the concrete. It was completely clean and after a bit, I was nose blind to the smell. It was very loud in our room (ground floor next to the pool). People going back to their rooms and rolling carts clicking across the tile loudly woke us up at night. It was so loud it almost sounded like our windows or door was open. I realized there were gaps you can actually see daylight around the edges of the door and floor to door which is why it was so loud. The hallways smell nice, the staff was excellent, and this suited my family's needs for a night.
